Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Miosynergy ("bizxmart", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our store or buy from us. It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored encrypted).
  • Order details: delivery and billing addresses, GSTIN if you buy for a business, and the items you order.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net banking passwords.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and deliver your orders and send order updates by email or SMS.
  • To issue GST invoices and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.
  • To handle returns, refunds and customer support requests.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing your information

We share only what is needed with: courier partners (name, address, phone) to deliver your order; payment gateways to process payments; and government authorities when required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, cart and security. You can clear cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

Data retention

We keep order and invoice records for at least 8 years as required by GST law. Other data is kept while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to medhabsllp@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are encrypted, the store uses secure HTTPS connections, and access to your data is limited to staff who need it.
